Waitlist policy *

The waitlist will be prioritized as follows: 1. Children of current SCCS staff 2. Currently enrolled children desiring an alternate schedule or program 3. Siblings of enrolled children 4. Other eligible children Children may only be on the waitlist if thy are in the eligible age group or will be in the eligible age group during the waitlist year. There is a non-refundable, one-time waitlist fee of $50. Hoa Mai will contact the next eligible person on the waitlist when space becomes available. We'll reach out using the contact information in this application. If the information is not current, the family may be passed over and removed from the waitlist. A family will have two working days to either accept or decline the offered opening. If we don't hear from you within the allotted time or the opening is declined, the opening will be offered to the next eligible child. A notice will be sent to the passed over parents giving them a week to contact us to reinstate their name on the waitlist.
